PLS 100AL – Metabolic Processes of Cultivated Plants Laboratory
Position available: 25% TA (10 hours/week)

Course meets: Mondays, 3:10-6:00 pm
TA will be responsible for lab prep, helping lead labs/discussions, grading quizzes and extensive lab reports, maintaining student records, and holding a weekly office hour.
Preferred background: Experience with biological lab techniques.

Techniques and instruments used to study plant metabolic processes, including water relations, respiration, photosynthesis, enzyme kinetics, microscopy, immunochemistry, and nitrogen fixation. Quantitative methods, problem solving, and practical applications are emphasized.
